6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, recordings, documents, presentations, logos, and branding belong to Skillfort. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

Students must provide accurate information and maintain professional conduct. Misuse of systems, disruption of classes, or unlawful activities may result in termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skillfort is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of job opportunities, income, etc.). Liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the relevant course.
